It is the first of many stepping stones towards the complete restoration of her life.
The cost of the first 90 days of a woman's employment at Rethreaded is about $10,000.

In Her First 90 Days, Rethreaded’s Survivor Development Program provides access to:
Care Management including advocacy within community systems and record expungement related to human trafficking charges.
Career Development Training including topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Resume Training, and Interviewing Training.
Group Therapy including topics such as Self Esteem, Self-Regulation, Trauma Informed Parenting, and Finance Wellness.
A community with peers and mentors who have lovingly paved the way for the women who are coming into the program. In addition
Our Survivor Development Program
A survivor can face over 80+ barriers at once after exiting the life of human trafficking. No license, pending court cases, no job history, estranged or without family, and the list goes on. Without access to resources and support, 80% of survivors are vulnerable to retrafficking.
It is our goal to help survivors remember and reclaim choice in their lives. Remember who they are, remember they are loved, remember their dreams, and remember that they have a deep and meaningful purpose. We are doing this work through our Survivor Development Program.
Rethreaded’s hiring cycle will take place in the next few months. Last year, we hired our largest cohort of survivors to date.
